Pool Information

 Kendrick Farm has been with the pool management company AquaTech for many years. They have done a wonderful job so far. However, it takes time for all the pool staff to learn the Kendrick Farm rules and regulations as some of them  work at pools in several different communities! Please be patient and help us by properly directing your concerns to the board either with a call to Cedar Management or an email to kendrickfarm5@yahoo.com! The updated pool rules and regulations are posted in the glass wall case at the pool. Thank you! 

The pool is only accessible to residents who have an activated fob for the secure entry system. Fob holders may be homeowners or residents who have obtained a fob from their landlord. Each homeowner is assigned one permanent fob only, no second fobs will be available. They are activated at the beginning of each season and deactivated at the end. The fobs will record access information and a newly installed camera at the front door will also record video of all access and fob use. It is the intention of this safety system to prevent non-residents from entering the pool that are not guests accompanied by a resident. Do NOT allow anyone other than your own household to enter the doors from you fob swipe. Do NOT loan your fob to anyone else!

Anyone new to the community or needing a replacement fob can do so during business hours ONLY at Cedar Management Office. (9500 Statesville Road, Charlotte by Northlake Mall). ONLY OWNERS may pick up the fob and will be required to show ID and sign for it. 

2024 Season:  Pool Parties and the Clubroom are both now available for booking! You may book either the Clubroom or a Pool Party individually but if you want both then you must book both separately. Note: Pool parties AND clubroom rental are ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER MEMORIAL DAY through Labor Day and NOT AVAILABLE ON JULY 4th. 

Pool Parties:  

Step 1 - You MUST book lifeguards for your party at www.aquatechpm.com. Click on Charlotte/Pool Parties then fill out the online form.  

Step 2 - You MUST fill out the Guest List form and submit it to your booked party attendant WHEN YOU ARRIVE for your party. See below for link to Private Party Guest List form. 

Clubroom Rentals: MUST be booked separately with Cedar Management. The rules and instructions are included on the Clubroom Rental Agreement form.  See below for link to Clubroom Rental Agreement form. Note: rental of the clubroom is only available for dates AFTER Memorial Day through Labor Day.
