In May the clubhouse received a brand new roof and all new gutters. Work was done by Fortress Exteriors.

In May the stairs to the pool slide were sanded and painted. The original playground received new paint of all metal poles and platforms. Work was done by Porters Pro Painting.

In July/August the "play field" below the playground on the Zander commons will be regraded to a level field with 5 concrete parking spots added along Zander Woods Road. This will be done by NTL.

In July there were two concrete parking spots added beside the sidewalk to the playground. These were installed by NTL.

The stumps left by Duke Energy's tree removal will be fully removed and the berm re-graded and seeded. More trees at the top of the sidewalk were removed as well. All work done by NTL (New Testament Landscping).

Each entrance is undergoing a step by step refurbishment which includes the already installed concrete curb, mulch in back, rock in front, and 3 new kinds of perennial plants. This project is being done by JZW Landscaping.
2024 Spring Community Garage Sale
A community wide garage sale is scheduled for:
Saturday, April 20th from 7am - Noon
Rain Makeup Date: Saturday, April 27th
A city permit for the entire community is being secured so participants do not need to get their own. No signing up or permission to participate is needed. This event is for residential sales only on private lots within the community.
The sale will be advertised on Craig's List, Social Media, Nextdoor, and in the Gaston Gazette.
A big thank you to Nicole Noles for facilitating this event for our HOA!
