2026 Spring Community Yard Sale
A community yard sale event is scheduled for:
Saturday, May 16th from 8am - Noon
A city permit for the entire community is being secured so participants do not need to get their own. No sign up or permission to participate is needed. This event is for residential sales only on private lots within the community.
The sale will be advertised on Craig's List, Social Media, Nextdoor, and in the Gaston Gazette.

April 2026: the entire clubhouse was painted including siding, trim, doors, cupola, plus clubroom walls and ceiling. Work was done by Porters Pro Painting.

The pool parking lot was completely redone May 2026 with new asphalt and paint. Work was done by Mason Brothers.

In May 2025 the clubhouse received a new roof and gutters. Work was done by Fortress Exteriors.

The "play field" below the playground on the Zander commons was regraded to a level field along with adding 5 concrete parking spots. This was done by Bean Brothers Landscaping.

Two concrete parking spots were added beside the sidewalk to the playground. These were installed by NTL.

Each entrance is undergoing a step by step refurbishment which includes the already installed concrete curb, mulch in back, rock in front, and 3 new kinds of perennial plants. This project is being done by JZW Landscaping.
Management Company Change
NEW Management in 2025
Effective January 1, 2025 the Kendrick Farm HOA is managed by Community Association Management Services (CAMS) instead of Cedar Management Group.
