Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is the HOA management company that is contracted to handle all of the daily administrative duties for the HOA. They process homeowner concerns, collect dues, pay bills, and filter information/requests back to the Board for consideration. They conduct a routine monthly inspection of the community and send letters for noted violations.
