Landscape Information

The HOA grounds include: along Sandy Ford Road and Lowland Dairy Road, the entrances into the neighborhood, and the common areas including the pool/playground. These areas are contracted for maintenance with Bean Brothers who recently bought out New Testament Landscaping, a commercial landscaping company. Any questions or concerns regarding their services should be directed to the HOA Management Company.

Any undeveloped lots are maintained separately by their owner. Homes in forclosure are supposed to be maintained by the bank. 

You may report any unmowed lot with growth exceeding 12" directly to the City of Mount Holly at www.mtholly.us. Click the GoMH link at the very bottom of the home page, then click on Grass Violations to make a service request.
