The HOA grounds include: along Sandy Ford Road and Lowland Dairy Road, the entrances into the neighborhood, and the common areas including the pool/playground. These areas are contracted for maintenance with James & Co., a commercial landscaping company. Any questions or concerns regarding their services should be directed to the HOA Management Company.
Any undeveloped lots are maintained separately by their owner. Homes in foreclosure are supposed to be maintained by the bank.
