The Kendrick Farm HOA Pool Rules and Regulations can be viewed here. Last updated January 2017.
Kendrick Farm has been with the pool management company, AquaTech for several years. They have done a wonderful job so far. However, it takes time for all the lifeguards to learn the Kendrick Farm rules and regulations as some of them guard at several different communities! Please be patient and help us by properly directing your concerns to the board either with a call to Cedar Managegment or an email firstname.lastname@example.org! The updated pool rules and regulations are posted in the glass wall case at the pool. Any questions regarding pool passes should be directed to Cedar at 704-644-8808. Thank you!
Please NOTE: Pool passes will be mailed to homeowners from Cedar Managment by May 15. No tags will be available at any time in the community or at the clubhouse.
Emergency Forms should be completed from your household prior to entering the pool. Please ensure you bring your form with you on your first visit to the pool. EVERYONE will be required to show their pool pass to the lifeguard upon entry of the pool area. With lifeguards and residents doing their part we will have a safe and enjoyable family oriented area to visit.
Clubhouse and Pool Party Bookings
Note: Reservations for the clubhouse and/or pool parties are booked separately!! If you want both for your event, you must book both of them.
Do you want to book the clubhouse for your next event? The clubhouse is available for rent only to residents who have their HOA ACCOUNT paid in full up to date. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $50. It is only available to rent during the pool's open hours (after hours is available only in conjunction with a pool party booked with the Aqua Tech Pool Management Company.) Do you want to book a pool party?

This is a better process to ensure that no checks are lost or mishandled from turning them in to the guards at the pool.

The resident booking the party will be required to show the current year's pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area for the party.
Please NOTE: Booking a pool party does not grant you access to the clubhouse - unless you also book the clubhouse separately.
