Kendrick Farm has been with the pool management company, AquaTech for several years. They have done a wonderful job so far. However, it takes time for all the lifeguards to learn the Kendrick Farm rules and regulations as some of them guard at several different communities! Please be patient and help us by properly directing your concerns to the board either with a call to Cedar Managegment or an email firstname.lastname@example.org! The updated pool rules and regulations are posted in the glass wall case at the pool. Any questions regarding pool passes should be directed to Cedar at 704-644-8808. Thank you!
NEW NOTE 2018: With our community now full and so many reports being received from residents concerned about the pool crowding, the board has approved installation of a new secure entry system. This will include one permanent fob per homeowner, no second fobs will be available. The fobs will record access information and a newly installed camera at the front door will also record video of all access and fob use. It is the intention of this new system and single fob/owner usage to eliminate the growing problem of second passes being shared with non-residents as well as non-residents entering the pool that are not guests accompanied by a resident.
Fobs will be available to be picked up at the pool on Saturday, May 19 from 11 .m. - 3 p.m. and Wednesday, May 23 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Anyone not picking up their fobs at the pool during those times may pick them up during business hours at Cedar Management Office (9500 Statesville Road, Charlotte by Northlake Mall) after May 29. ONLY OWNERS may pick up the fob and will be required to show ID and sign for it.
The Kendrick Farm HOA Pool Rules and Regulations can be viewed here. Last updated January 2017.
Emergency Forms should be completed from your household prior to entering the pool. Please ensure you bring your form with you on your first visit to the pool.
Clubhouse and Pool Party Bookings
Note: Reservations for the clubhouse and/or pool parties are booked separately!! If you want both for your event, you must book both of them.
Do you want to book the clubhouse for your next event? The clubhouse is available for rent only to residents who have their HOA ACCOUNT paid in full up to date. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $50. It is only available to rent during the pool's open hours (after hours is available only in conjunction with a pool party booked with the Aqua Tech Pool Management Company.) All parties must end by 9 p.m. The volunteer Clubhouse Coordinator is Beth Turneabe. Please click on the Clubhouse Rental Agreement Form for instructions on securing your clubhouse reservation as well as the rules and regulations. If you still have an unanswered question after reading the form or want to check availability you may email Beth at email@example.com. Please note that your request will NOT be reserved until you submit BOTH your Rental Agreement form and fees to the Clubhouse Coordinator - must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of your reservation date.
Do you want to book a pool party?
All pool parties must be booked directly with the pool management company. PLEASE NOTE: Pool party requests will no longer be handled thru the attending lifeguard but are now booked online at www.aquatechpoolmanagement.com. Click on the Register for a Pool Party button, Calculate the price, then complete form and pay for necessary lifeguards all in one step! This is a better process to ensure that no checks are lost or mishandled from turning them in to the guards at the pool.
Party must be booked at least 14 days prior to your party date. One lifeguard per every 25 people attending the party will be required at the rate of $20/hour/lifeguard. The resident booking the party will be required to show the current year's pool pass to gain entrance to the pool area for the party.
Please NOTE: Booking a pool party does not grant you access to the clubhouse - unless you also book the clubhouse separately.

Employment Opportunities– AquaTech is looking for motivated teenagers and adults to join their team for the summer swim season!
They recognize that there are some great people in our neighborhood that Aqua Tech would love to extend the opportunity for summer employment. AquaTech cannot place lifeguards or attendants at the neighborhood pool in which they reside; however, they have numerous community pools in our area that would present great opportunities for work.
Anyone interested in lifeguarding or being a pool attendant or finding out more information can call the HR Department at 704-644-3121 or email email@example.com. They can also visit their website www.aquatechpoolmanagement.com and go to “Employment” tab to complete an online application. Aqua Tech will contact all applicants to schedule interviews.”
The goal of the Pool Committee is to assist the board in providing a safe, fun, and enjoyable Pool experience for the community.
The committee is responsible for monitoring our pool vendors, suggesting improvements to the Board, and helping with small tasks needed to open or winterize the pool each season as needed by the Board.
The committee may also work directly with the Social Committee to plan various activities during the pool season.
The Committee Chairperson communicates and reports directly to the Board of Directors on all issues related to this committee.
Volunteers are needed to create this committee! If you are interested in serving as the chairperson and recruiting volunteers to form a pool committee, please email firstname.lastname@example.org!
